Catherine Marsot

Marie-Catherine was born and raised in Quebec, Canada, in a French-speaking family. She obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Canadian universities focusing on sciences and public policy.

Throughout her adult years, real estate has been her passion. She discovered it first by buying her first house when she was 20 years old in Montreal, where she was studying.

She was licensed as a realtor and Broker in Ontario, Canada. She helped many of her colleagues from the military and police force buy their properties.

She worked for 12 years as a real estate agent and broker in the Greater Toronto Area and Owen Sound regions of Ontario, Canada.

Last year, she decided to pursue her first passion and move to Los Cabos to participate exclusively in the real estate market there.

Marie-Catherine’s skills include being experienced, hardworking, bilingual in French and English, emotionally intelligent, high-energy, and personable. Marie-Catherine’s hobbies are golf, and she spends most of her free time on the greens.
